Not all metal detectors are created equal

Cheap metal detectors have a wide search field which radiates outward causing many spurious false positive hits from fences, cars, buried cans and cigarette wrappers; they are also affected by overhead transmission lines and changes in humidity. On top of all this they also demonstrate a tendency to break when thrown around in utility vehicles. For the professional user these false indications and limitations are time consuming, frustrating and ultimately expensive.

The Sewerin M130 utilizes discriminatory downward penetrating electrical circuitry to
eliminate these unwanted indications and is manufactured in high impact ABS for
added structural integrity.

The locator M 130 detects deeply and is hardly effected by metal pieces at the surface, humidity and temperature variances. The one-button-operation simplifies the handling of the instrument, continuous re-adjustment is not necessary. The special electronics reduces false signals caused by objects such as bottle-lids, beverage cans or other small parts of metal.

Detects non-ferrous metals such as copper and brass in addition to ferrous metals like iron and steel. For detecting ferrous metals only, see the FT-10
